Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and retail sector, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a strategic three-year IT track. The project focuses on modernizing warehouse operations through the implementation of a new warehouse management system and the optimization of core business processes through advanced ERP integration and automation.
Responsabilités
- Define the IT track structure, including scope, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes.
- Translate the strategic three-year roadmap into a detailed IT delivery timeline with achievable milestones.
- Onboard and lead a high-performing team of technical and functional analysts.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of warehouse management and ERP solutions.
- Establish monitoring frameworks to manage risks and ensure the quality of program deliverables.
- Lead functional design workshops and validate solution fits across end-to-end supply chain flows.
Exigences
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management within complex IT environments.
- 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain processes covering procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP transformation or integration projects, specifically involving SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- You possess proven experience leading and coordinating teams of functional and technical analysts.
- You bring a deep understanding of WMS architecture, data flows, and master data dependencies.
- You have knowledge of integration concepts including APIs, IDocs, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
- You have the ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solution roadmaps.
- You're proactive and possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in logistics systems implementation such as TMS or OMS.
- Exposure to multi-site deployments within large-scale organizational structures.
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules including MM, WM, and SD.
- Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain platforms and cybersecurity requirements.
- Experience with test automation or performance testing tools.
