Scientific Information Management Intern
Role Description (max. 500 characters)
Join our Patient Solutions and Business Development/M&A teams to support scientific information management across the Immunology, Neuroscience, and Neuromuscular therapeutic areas. You will coordinate scientific evaluation workflows, maintain accurate records, facilitate interactions with external partners, and contribute to identifying innovative partnership opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, venture organizations, and universities.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented candidate with a genuine interest in scientific innovation and pharmaceutical partnerships. The ideal intern is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. They enjoy working in an international environment and are eager to contribute to strategic scientific initiatives.
Responsabilités
- Support scientific information workflows for Patient Solutions and BD/M&A teams.
- Record and track scientific evaluations using dedicated software.
- Coordinate meetings and information exchanges with external partners.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality scientific documentation.
- Ensure efficient organization of scientific data and project information.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Contribute proactively to team objectives and continuous process improvement.
Exigences
Desired Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
Language
- English: Professional working proficiency (required).

- Strong understanding of biological sciences and pharmaceutical research.
- Experience or strong interest in scientific information management.
- Proficient with computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
