• Coordinate the planning and execution of multiple parallel experiments.
• Schedule essential materials and tools across research facilities to ensure continuous operation.
• Manage the logistics and timely transport of goods between various project sites.
• Define scheduling priorities by aligning with key stakeholders and execution teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement new systems for increased operational efficiency.

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You bring proficiency in MS Office, planning software, and data analysis.
• You are a persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• You possess a proactive, flexible, and service-oriented approach to work.
• You are fluent in English.
