Senior Project Manager Employee Benefits

Our client in the insurance sector is seeking a strategic professional to shape and execute an Employee Benefits strategy. This role focuses on driving digitalization and innovation by translating customer and distribution partner needs into impactful digital applications.

• Identify the needs of customers, distribution partners, and employees to translate them into digital developments.
• Drive the digitalization and innovation of the employee benefits offering by turning challenges into concrete projects.
• Develop and prioritize digitalization scenarios within the backlog by monitoring industry trends.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions using agile methodologies.
• Partner with various business domains to realize projects that advance the long-term strategy.
• Translate complex employee needs into concrete proposals that align with the organizational vision.

• You have 5+ years of experience leading innovative projects, digitalization initiatives, or customer journey redesign.
• You bring expert knowledge of Employee Benefits and financial services within the insurance industry.
• You possess extensive experience working with Agile methodologies and managing diverse stakeholders.
• You have strong analytics and communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
