Senior Cleaning Validation Expert

Our client, a leading international pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an autonomous expert to oversee cleaning validation strategies across multiple production units. This role focuses on high-level expertise and the strategic revamp of documentation structures within a dynamic and fast-paced site environment.

• Define and validate complex cleaning strategies and lead the revamp of the site documentation hierarchy.
• Draft and review validation protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and support to qualification teams during project execution and meetings.
• Manage cleaning validation projects for specialized facilities, including gene therapy production areas.
• Perform thorough cleaning assessments and technical evaluations in response to deviations.
• Conduct periodic shop floor reviews of equipment and production lines to ensure technical alignment.

• You have a Master’s degree or PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Cleaning Validation with a strong hands-on background in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You are proactive and autonomous with a pragmatic mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• You are fluent in French with a good command of English for reading and technical meetings.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in QA Validation.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment such as Washers and SIP/COP systems.
• Previous experience working in a multi-business unit environment.
