SAP MM & VIM Functional Analyst – Procure-to-Pay & Invoice Automation

Our client, a global leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a professional to drive an international S/4HANA template rollout. This role focuses on harmonizing procurement and inventory processes while automating invoice workflows across multiple regions. The project ensures the seamless integration of purchase-to-pay cycles into the global financial landscape.

• Configure and deploy SAP MM processes including purchasing and inventory management within the project scope.
• Implement and optimize OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for automated invoice capture and workflow routing.
• Manage the integration between SAP MM and FI to ensure correct three-way matching and tax determination.
• Design and maintain VIM approval workflows and coding rules to increase automation rates.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and translate local business requirements into template-compatible solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and provide hypercare support following international go-lives.
• Document configuration decisions and facilitate the transition to the operational support team.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst specializing in SAP MM configuration.
• You possess knowledge of OpenText VIM implementation, including workflow design and exception handling.
• You bring experience with SAP MM-FI integration, specifically regarding three-way matching and tax logic.
• You have participated in at least one large-scale international SAP rollout or template deployment.
• You have a degree in Business Engineering, Information Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• You're analytical and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP MM on S/4HANA.
• Expertise in OpenText VIM, ICC, and analytics configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa, or SAP DRC.
• Familiarity with automotive or logistics procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
