Warehouse Officer

Our client is a leading organization in the logistics and distribution sector. This role focuses on the accurate administrative handling and coordination of parcel flows to ensure an efficient and reliable logistics process. The position involves managing stock, non-conformities, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic maritime and transport environment.

• Manage pre-receiving and receiving processes while monitoring accuracy, priorities, and lead times.
• Coordinate and oversee transit goods, ensuring proper identification and compliance with inspection procedures.
• Supervise parcel put-away activities and maintain overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Perform comprehensive stock management tasks, including inventory checks and detailed reporting.
• Handle administrative non-conformities by identifying root causes and communicating with supply chain stakeholders.
• Process returns administration in compliance with quality procedures and follow-up actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization to ensure safe operations.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in the logistics sector, including air, road, and sea transport.
• You have knowledge of transport legislation and customs regulations.
• You possess project management capabilities and an analytical, results-oriented approach.
• You're proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a solution-driven and hands-on mentality.
• You are fluent in Dutch (C2) and English.
