Site Supervisor Civil Works

Our client, a leading player in metal-based technologies and recycling, is looking for a professional to oversee construction activities. The role involves coordinating civil and structural works within a complex industrial brownfield environment to ensure the successful delivery of capital investment projects.

• Coordinate civil and structural investment projects on an industrial site with a primary focus on safety.
• Organize and facilitate kick-off meetings and toolbox talks while managing work permit procedures with contractors.
• Monitor and verify the quality of works according to technical specifications and execution drawings.
• Manage administrative documentation including quotations, purchase orders, progress statements, and as-built dossiers.
• Participate in constructability reviews during design stages to identify potential difficulties and propose practical solutions.
• Report progress to project managers and maintain transparent communication with internal maintenance and process teams.

• You have 7+ years of experience in the supervision and execution of civil and structural works.
• You possess extensive experience working in industrial brownfield environments.
• You bring a strong focus on safety and hold a valid VCA-VOL certificate.
• You have the ability to interpret technical execution drawings and prepare bills of quantities autonomously.
• You possess proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and MS Project.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of industrial structural steelwork, road construction, and experience in Seveso environments.
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and AutoCAD or 3D viewer software.
• Possession of an aerial work platform (MEWP) certificate.
