Our client, a leading organization focusing on infrastructure and digital transformation, is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst & Developer to join their data management team. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of the platform, encompassing project work, maintenance, and incident resolution.
Responsabilités
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate requirements into designs.
- Participate in the functional and technical design of platform solutions.
- Execute the setup, development, and testing activities within the application environment.
- Ensure all technical configurations and functional processes are thoroughly documented.
- Convert complex operational problems into concrete technical solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure team continuity.
- Communicate project progress and planning clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
Exigences
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and maintenance.
- 1+ years of experience working within ITSM environments.
- 1+ years of experience with similar enterprise technologies.
- You have experience with data integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
- You possess a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical or engineering field.
- You bring strong analytical and communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Exalate for cross-platform integration.
