Transformation Manager - Organization Design & Effectiveness

Our client is a global leader in materials technology and recycling solutions focused on creating sustainable mobility. This role drives organization design and effectiveness across the enterprise by creating scalable frameworks and operating models that align structures and governance with strategic business objectives.

• Translate business and functional strategy into organization design frameworks and target structures that ensure strategic focus.
• Design and optimize organizational structures, reporting lines, and spans and layers to improve agility and scalability.
• Conduct impact assessments for structural changes regarding people, process, governance, and cost to minimize disruption.
• Provide strategic, evidence-based insights through the analysis of organizational data and workforce distribution.
• Establish and maintain scalable tools, templates, and methodologies for organizational design.
• Facilitate workshops to co-create designs, align stakeholders, and define decision rights and governance.

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring 10+ years of experience in organisation design, operating model development, and transformation projects within complex international environments.
• You have deep expertise in Organisation Design/Effectiveness methodologies, specifically spans & layers analysis, workforce sizing, and job architecture.
• You possess proficiency with HR systems and organisational analytics or reporting tools.
• You have advanced facilitation skills for designing and running workshops that drive alignment and co-creation.
• You are a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• You are fluent in English.
