Senior Project Manager – Physical Security & Digital Access Solutions

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a professional to drive the delivery of large-scale physical security and digital access projects. This role focuses on modernizing access control management systems across numerous locations by automating processes and improving user experience.

• Define and deliver badge delivery strategies for large-scale technical migrations involving a significant user base.
• Identify and implement standardized access control solutions including electronic keys, QR codes, and digital badge layouts.
• Lead the digitalization of badge lifecycle processes, visitor management, and contractor systems with a focus on user experience.
• Coordinate the deployment of automatic access rights management systems and central security management tools.
• Manage internal stakeholders to align security and compliance requirements with organizational flexibility.
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the transition from legacy systems to modern digital solutions.
• Maintain project governance frameworks including reporting structures, KPIs, and documentation repositories.

• You have 8+ years of experience in project management and operations within large, complex organizations.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in physical security systems or digital access control management.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with process digitalization and automated workflow design.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences.
• You possess a solution-driven mindset with the ability to balance quick wins against structural changes.
• You have experience leading change management and transformation initiatives.
• You're able to build and lead effective project teams in virtual or hybrid environments.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
