Functional Analyst – Power Platform & Dataverse Solutions

Our client, a major public sector organization, is looking for an experienced professional to modernize and secure a critical business application. The role involves leading the transition to a modern architecture by leveraging the full capabilities of the Microsoft ecosystem to replace legacy systems.

• Analyze, model, and optimize complex business processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications within the Power Platform environment.
• Design and architect Model-driven PowerApps and Dataverse structures, including business rules and security models.
• Automate organizational workflows and processes using Power Automate.
• Facilitate workshops with key users and stakeholders to define user stories and process flows.
• Utilize Copilot and other AI tools to enhance documentation, analysis, and functional descriptions.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.

• You have 3+ years of experience in functional analysis and business process modeling.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Model-driven apps and Power Automate.
• You bring 3+ years of experience with Dataverse, including datamodelling, relationships, and business rules.
• You have practical experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID and Azure.
• You have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Axure.
• You possess insight into CRM or process-driven enterprise applications.
• You're familiar with using Copilot for structuring requirements and documentation.
• You're proactive, analytical, and possess a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with passive knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with change management and user adoption trajectories.
• Experience working within complex public sector or large-scale organizational contexts.
