Test Coordinator – Customer Service & SAP Solutions

Our client, a key organization in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead testing efforts within their customer service domain. The role focuses on coordinating complex functional and technical tests to ensure the reliability of critical business systems.

• Coordinate and oversee testing activities for projects within the customer service and key accounts domain.
• Develop detailed test scenarios and test data while supporting team members in their preparation.
• Execute functional and technical tests and provide hands-on support to the testing team.
• Supply test data for automation purposes and adjust test scripts to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts and technical specialists to identify and resolve defects.
• Report proactively on potential risks, issues, and structural improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and document all testware within project management and collaboration tools.

• You have 5+ years of experience in test coordination and the management of test activities.
• You possess 5+ years of experience testing SAP systems, specifically SAP CRM (CRM7 and S4).
• You bring 5+ years of experience testing .NET applications.
• You have 5+ years of experience in functional test design and execution.
• You bring expertise in formal test methodologies and techniques.
• You possess an ISEB Foundation Certificate in software testing.
• You have an ISTQB Foundation Level Agile Tester Certificate.
• You're analytical, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, HPQC, and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Knowledge of test automation using QTP, Leapwork, or BrowserStack.
• Experience within the Belgian energy sector and knowledge of the REG domain.
• 5+ years of experience with Use Case analysis and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with setting up test users in SAP.
