Talent Acquisition Officer IT

Our client is a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector looking to expand its international technical teams. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized IT profiles to support the growth of a global digital hub.

• Lead recruitment processes for international IT development teams to ensure high-quality hires.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to identify talent in competitive markets.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and optimize collaborative workflows.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates through consistent market engagement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance recruitment capacity and execution speed.
• Promote the employer brand within the technical community to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with business managers and international HR colleagues to align on hiring needs.

• You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a specific focus on IT profiles.
• You possess strong expertise in direct sourcing and proactive candidate outreach techniques.
• You have experience working with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in English with native-level proficiency in French or Dutch.
