Scrum Master – Digital & Software Development

Our client, a prominent organization in the healthcare and insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support software development teams within its digital department. The role focuses on driving collaboration, delivery predictability, and alignment between engineering teams and business stakeholders through pragmatic servant leadership.

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they deliver tangible value to the development team.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery efficiency.
• Coach development teams towards greater autonomy, maturity, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability.
• Promote the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices to improve delivery predictability and quality.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within software development environments focusing on web, mobile, or cloud-based solutions.
• 5+ years of expertise in Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies in complex organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in Leadership, Training, and Coaching.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience managing Internal Communication and Stakeholder Management.
• Proven experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong servant leadership mindset with excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in SAFe environments or large-scale Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMI, or PMBok.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices.
