Family Day 2025: An adventure at Bellewaerde

A day to feel, share, and celebrate the warmth of our Pauwels Consulting family.

“Look, mommy, the meerkats are waving at us!”

Little quotes like this summed up the spirit of our Pauwels Consulting Family Day 2025, where more than 800 colleagues and their families came together for a day at Bellewaerde Park.

Instead of laptops and meetings, our day was filled with rollercoasters, animals, water rides, and plenty of laughter.

We are a strong family

Every year, Family Day reminds us why We are a strong family is one of our core values. It is not just something we say, it is something we live. By bringing together our colleagues, their partners, children, and loved ones, we celebrate the bonds that make Pauwels Consulting more than just a workplace.

Adventure for everyone

Bellewaerde gave us a little bit of everything. One moment face-to-face with giraffes, the next flying down the brand-new Amazonia water ride, or strolling through the park with an ice cream. The kids had their own paradise in the children’s zone, while others enjoyed the thrill rides or a quiet picnic in the sun.

No matter where you looked, there were smiles.

Photo bingo: memories on camera

To add some extra fun, we launched a photo bingo contest. Everyone received a card with playful photo challenges, from striking a silly pose on a rollercoaster to snapping a family selfie with the giraffes.

All day long, photos poured into a WhatsApp group. It was wonderful to see the day unfold through so many different lenses: kids laughing, colleagues competing, families enjoying the little moments.

And yes, it was still a contest. The 25 most original photos will soon be rewarded with a soft surprise arriving at home, our very own Pauwels Consulting teddy bear.

A tradition that stays

Family Day has been part of our culture for many years, and it is a tradition we will always keep alive. It is about fun, of course, but even more about connection.

Whether it was a child’s first rollercoaster ride, a splash in Amazonia, or a family picture proudly shared in the bingo game, the moments we created together will last.
