The Great Place to Work® certification is awarded based on extensive employee surveys and an in-depth Culture Audit conducted by Great Place to Work, in collaboration with Vlerick Business School. The evaluation measures key elements such as:

For us, being a Great Place to Work isn’t about chasing awards. It’s about listening to our employees, acting on their feedback, and creating an environment where they feel valued, empowered, and inspired.
Through our ongoing Great Place to Work survey, our employees have a platform to share their experiences, insights, and suggestions anonymously. This open feedback culture helps us identify areas for improvement and implement meaningful changes that enhance job satisfaction, team collaboration, and overall well-being.
A safe and fair environment
We are content that the people of Pauwels Consulting have created a welcoming and safe environment for all. 96% of the respondents answered that they feel people are treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation and 95% of respondents felt that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender, the same percentage was given to that question regarding race.
Well-being at work
Equally good responses were given when asked about the work-life balance in the company. 96% of respondents felt that they are able to take time off from work when they think it’s necessary, and 96% of respondents felt that they work in a physically safe environment. There’s also a great sense of trust within Pauwels Consulting. 91% of respondents feel that they are given a lot of responsibility and 92% feel that the executives fully embody the best characteristics of the company.
