Responsibilities

As an ideal candidate, you are a dedicated CSC Pack and Tech Coordinator ready to ensure a seamless process across the supply chain while striving for excellence in service delivery.

  • You initiate, manage, and oversee finished clinical goods shipments from pack and label vendors into the distribution network.
  • You coordinate the creation, review, and communication of protocol-specific source medication lists.
  • You conduct issue resolution activities for supply aspects of clinical studies (e.g., receiving, packaging, inventory).
  • You ensure business performance goals, objectives, and metrics are achieved in line with GMP guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • You escalate appropriately and support the resolution of critical risks and issues, including communication to the leadership team.
  • You support other functional tasks or projects to enhance business processes and tools.
  • You provide services that adhere to applicable standard operating procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree with 0-4 years in a supply chain, science, clinical supply-related role, or Pharm D.
  • You have experience with clinical supply pack/label/distribution, clinical trial operations, project management, pharma/bio research and development, and inventory management.
  • You possess general knowledge of GxP principles.
  • You have knowledge of supply processes such as relationship management, inventory management, and Lean 6 Sigma.
  • You can work effectively as a member of a Global Team.
  • You are capable of identifying process gaps based on data analysis and root cause investigation.
  • You communicate clearly and appropriately to vendor sites and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and tackle complexity.
  • You have a drive to make a difference and achieve results, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are proficient in English.
