Our client, a leading player in the medical device sector, is looking for a Senior Industrialisation Engineer. This role focuses on the optimization and automation of manufacturing processes to support production growth while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex industrialization projects to enhance manufacturing processes and improve production consistency.
- Define technical specifications for automation equipment and manage external supplier selection and validation.
- Drive the development and validation of new automated processes from pilot phase to full-scale industrialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with production and quality objectives.
- Optimize industrial flows and layouts to increase efficiency and reduce waste within controlled environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the industrialization team.
Requirements
- You have a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- You bring 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering within the medical device industry or a highly regulated environment.
- You possess proven expertise in Project Management and industrial automation.
- Ideally, you have a deep understanding of ISO 13485, or at least of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- You're proactive with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.
