Expert IT Project Manager – Data Governance & Salesforce

Our client, a leading professional services provider, is seeking an Expert IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end realization of a uniform customer creation process. This role focuses on harmonizing customer data across multiple systems and implementing a robust governance model to support strategic initiatives like Customer 360 and AI.

• Define and implement a standardized process for customer creation, validation, and onboarding across all business units.
• Establish a clear governance model including roles, responsibilities, and specific KPIs to ensure process efficiency.
• Lead the harmonization and cleaning of existing customer data across various systems to achieve a reliable single customer view.
• Steer the implementation within Salesforce and other integrated systems while ensuring alignment between business and IT.
• Manage organizational change and adoption to ensure long-term success of the new data standards and processes.
• Improve structural data quality to lay a solid foundation for AI and cross-selling initiatives.

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• 8+ years of expertise in Data Governance, including data harmonization and quality management.
• 8+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
• You bring proven experience with Salesforce implementations and customer data integration.
• You possess a solid understanding of Customer 360 concepts and data-driven strategies.
• You're experienced in leading organizational change and driving user adoption.
