Operational Excellence Coach

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is looking for an Operational Excellence Coach to embed continuous improvement and root-cause problem-solving across their operations. The role focuses on driving sustainable daily practices and cultural shifts through hands-on coaching of teams and leaders in real-life settings.

• Coach teams directly in operational environments to apply Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to business challenges.
• Support the rollout of continuous improvement rhythms and translate theoretical training into practical everyday application.
• Embed a continuous improvement and root-cause mindset across all levels of the organization.
• Maintain a visible and active presence within teams to guide employees during the adoption of Lean practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to facilitate a cultural shift towards operational excellence.

• You bring 8+ years of relevant experience in Lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, including coaching senior leaders in complex environments.
• You possess deep expertise in Lean methodologies.
• You have the ability to work on-site for an average of three days per week.
• You're proactive with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
