Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Global Physical Asset Management Program Manager to drive the deployment of an integrated management system. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient physical asset performance across its entire lifecycle within an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy the global asset management framework and processes across manufacturing and research sites.
  • Lead strategic projects focused on engineering and maintenance excellence, including lifecycle cost initiatives and handover processes.
  • Design and implement new tools and processes to ensure alignment with global asset management objectives.
  • Drive organizational change and manage stakeholder relationships to embed new ways of working.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners to manage department capabilities.
  • Identify, investigate, and communicate property-level issues and program progress to senior management.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device manufacturing industry.
  • You bring a proven track record in program and project management within a global matrix environment.
  • You possess expertise in maintenance operations or maintenance excellence methodologies.
  • You're able to influence and lead cross-functional teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • You have strong strategic vision and the ability to drive decision-making in high-pressure situations.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Possession of an asset management certification.
  • Willingness to obtain specific certifications related to maintenance excellence or Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies.
