Our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on strengthening the team through equipment projects, shop-floor activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative production environment.
Responsibilities
- Support small-scale industrial projects and assist project managers with equipment implementation activities.
- Manage Change Controls and coordinate with cross-functional teams and technical experts.
- Gather and translate production requirements into URS definitions and testing strategies.
- Develop qualification protocols and participate in equipment qualification activities on the shop floor.
- Manage deviations and investigations using root cause analysis to drive CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate equipment decommissioning and production area revamping projects.
- Maintain a strong shop-floor presence to support recipe development and production readiness.
Requirements
- You bring experience in a manufacturing environment as a Process Engineer.
- You have knowledge of GMP standards and working in highly regulated environments.
- You possess a strong production and operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- You're a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and professional maturity.
- You are fluent in French and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Medical Device assembly or industrial packaging.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Project.
- Exposure to Automation or IT systems within an industrial context.
