Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a professional to support their quality control laboratory operations. The role involves managing technical investigations and deviations to ensure the compliance and efficiency of pharmaceutical production activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage deviations and investigations originating from the quality control laboratory environment.
  • Perform investigations related to analytical issues and compliance non-conformities such as GMP or ALCOA+.
  • Draft, follow up, and close deviation reports while ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Support laboratory leadership in maintaining the efficiency of analytical workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technicians, quality assurance, and production departments to resolve issues.
  • Investigate equipment-related technical problems such as retention time shifts and carry-over.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control.
  • You bring expertise in analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, titrators, and balances.
  • You possess solid knowledge of GMP and ALCOA+ standards.
  • You're experienced in performing deviations and investigations within a regulated environment.
  • You're proactive, autonomous, and possess strong communication skills.
  • You are fluent in French with a professional knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Empower, Chromeleon, LIMS, INS, or Veeva Vault.
  • Knowledge of NMR techniques and experience in a similar pharmaceutical environment.
