Expert Performance & Assurance Specialist – SIAM & Service Reporting

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for an Expert Performance & Assurance Specialist to make service delivery visible and measurable. The focus lies on collecting and interpreting performance data, monitoring compliance with service frameworks, and supporting operational governance with clear management information. This role contributes to objectifying service delivery and supports evidence-based decision-making through trend analysis and risk identification.

• Develop and maintain performance indicators, quality metrics, and assurance mechanisms.
• Collect and consolidate service performance data across multiple service providers.
• Create dashboards and management reports for governance boards and service reviews.
• Identify structural risks, trends, and deviations in service delivery performance.
• Support quality control processes to ensure structural assurance within the service run.
• Formulate data-driven improvement proposals based on structural trends and analysis.

• You possess 10+ years of experience in Performance Management and Service Reporting.
• You have 10+ years of expertise in KPI and SLA analysis.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Dashboarding and Management Information.
• You have 5+ years of experience in Governance Support and Quality Assurance.
• You possess 3+ years of experience working with SIAM frameworks.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis within a service delivery context.
• You have experience in IT Quality Management and Quality Assurance control mechanisms.
• You're recognized for strong analytical and written communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three.
