System Engineer – Digital Workplace & Security Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization in the water technology and sustainable infrastructure sector, is seeking a professional to join their digital systems team. This role focuses on implementing improvement tracks and realizing new digital initiatives while ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.

• Design and realize digital projects in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.
• Implement security policies to ensure a safe and sustainable digital environment while supporting security actions.
• Oversee global quality assurance by implementing compliance standards and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide third-line support to the service desk and system administration staff.
• Lead the transition from MECM to Intune for application management and policy enforcement.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and investigate AI-driven efficiency solutions to enhance operations.

• 5+ years experience in system engineering within enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint management using Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and PKI.
• Extensive expertise in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Strong background in security and identity management with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Technical proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows Server 2025.
• You're proactive, flexible, and possess an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• You are native or bilingual in Dutch with professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of IoT, Azure, and Copilot AI agents.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Endpoint privilege management and Vulnerability management.
