Our client, a prominent provider of payroll and HR solutions, is looking for a Technical Analyst to join an Agile delivery team. The role focuses on the full application lifecycle, from functional analysis to development support and production deployment for modern web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Design and support the development of applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Ensure quality and performance through functional and technical testing activities.
- Support application deployment across multiple environments and coordinate release activities.
- Design and integrate RESTful services using REST APIs within enterprise systems.
- Bridge modern technologies with legacy systems, ensuring reliable integrations.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
- Maintain and evolve application architecture according to modern software engineering practices.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical analysis translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- You have at least 4 years of experience with Java development in enterprise environments.
- You have at least 3 years of experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
- You have strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- You have experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- You have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- You have strong experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- You have experience with JPA data modeling and relational databases such as SQL Server.
- You have strong understanding of software architecture principles including layered and modular design.
- You have experience working in Agile teams using Scrum methodologies.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have working knowledge of French and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with COBOL for legacy system integrations.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience collaborating with UX design teams.
