Project Validation Coordinator

Our client, a leading life sciences organization, is seeking a Project Validation Coordinator for an intensive graduate program. This role focuses on coordinating validation deliverables and project scheduling to ensure the successful execution of high-quality technical projects.

• Support the project lead in coordinating the team to achieve defined validation deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the validation project plan and strategy while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and milestones, providing updates on status and potential timeline impacts.
• Coach project engineers on validation practices and the quality of technical deliverables.
• Facilitate and document risk assessment activities within quality systems.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, quality, and system owners to ensure cross-functional alignment.

• You have a Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• You bring a strong foundational academic background with a keen interest in validation and quality systems.
• You possess the organizational skills necessary to maintain complex project schedules and track milestones.
• You're a proactive communicator capable of coordinating activities across diverse technical departments.
