Functional Lead – SAP CDC & CIAM

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is seeking a Functional Lead to drive the expansion of their customer identity capabilities. The role involves identifying business requirements and leading the hands-on implementation of the SAP CDC application and its interfaces for both B2B and B2C customers.

• Drive the functional build-out of the SAP CDC application and its complex interfaces within the system landscape.
• Identify and translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical implementations.
• Lead hands-on implementation of B2C and B2B Customer Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Collaborate with integration teams to deliver required interfaces between SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Manage organizational workspace settings, including delegated user administration and approval workflows.
• Maintain and optimize screensets, UI builder configurations, and identity query tools.

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CDC and CIAM.
• You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM.
• You possess expertise in B2B and B2C identity management, including Screensets and UI Builder.
• You have experience working with Identity Query Tool, APIs, and Site creation.
• You're skilled in User Management, Authorizations, and Master Data Management.
• You possess strong analytical skills to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• You're an enthusiastic team player with a problem-solving mindset and strong operational practices.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English at a minimum CEFR level C1.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP CPI integrations.
• Familiarity with GDPR processes within SAP CDC.
• Experience with Adobe marketing platforms and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience working in a transport or logistics context.
