Senior Construction Surveyor

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Construction Surveyor to steer network construction projects. The role involves managing site preparations, overseeing quality and safety on-site, and providing leadership to the technical team.

• Lead and mentor construction surveyors to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
• Prepare construction sites by coordinating preparation meetings and verifying project execution plans.
• Plan and schedule all necessary materials to ensure smooth project continuity.
• Provide technical support and offer practical solutions for issues encountered during the works.
• Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Document all project tasks and validate progress through internal management systems.
• Perform final inspections and verify the quality of completed construction works.

• You have 8+ years of experience in telecom, utility, or general construction projects.
• You bring proven experience in leading and steering technical teams.
• You possess proficiency in MS Office applications.
• You have a valid VolVCA certification and a Driving License B.
• You're a decisive professional with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
