Our client, a leader in the advanced therapies sector, is looking for a professional to join their global MSAT organization. This role focuses on supporting change management initiatives for global platforms and facilitating process enhancements for innovative cell therapy technologies.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage change controls specifically focused on CAR-T technology transfer and process improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure clarity in business cases and change justifications.
- Utilize the Comet QMS on a daily basis to support operational activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with international sites and external CMOs to support technical transfers.
- Develop technical documentation and maintain high-level executive work within a complex project environment.
- Work cross-functionally with departments including Quality, Procurement, Planning, and R&D to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- You possess 2+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech change management.
- You have experience in Project Management and managing high-complexity tasks.
- You bring strong technical writing skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- You're able to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- You are fluent in English.
