Our client, a prominent organization in the public digital services sector, is looking for a professional to facilitate the implementation of citizen-centric software solutions. This role focuses on bridging the gap between complex business processes and technical execution while managing diverse partner relationships within a large-scale digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external business processes to support the integration of digital service platforms.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops using BPMN and UML to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Manage analysis documentation as primary input for development, user experience, and functional teams.
- Support product implementation teams through the Jira, Confluence, Miro, and M365 ecosystems.
- Communicate project roadmaps and release updates to various organizational partners.
- Coordinate project management aspects including cost estimations, planning, and timing for software delivery.
- Optimize business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and digital service improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and general business operations within an ICT environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven track record in Business Process Management (BPM) development and optimization.
- Professional experience working within public sector or government entities.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently within digital implementation teams.
- You're proactive and solution-oriented when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.
Nice to Haves
- 5+ years experience as a Process Architect.
- 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 and PowerBI.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and project management facets.
- In-depth knowledge of BPMN methodologies.
- Previous experience with regional government digital programs.
