Our client, a prominent organization in the public digital services sector, is looking for a professional to facilitate the implementation of citizen-centric software solutions. This role focuses on bridging the gap between complex business processes and technical execution while managing diverse partner relationships within a large-scale digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external business processes to support the integration of digital service platforms.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops using BPMN and UML to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage analysis documentation as primary input for development, user experience, and functional teams.
  • Support product implementation teams through the Jira, Confluence, Miro, and M365 ecosystems.
  • Communicate project roadmaps and release updates to various organizational partners.
  • Coordinate project management aspects including cost estimations, planning, and timing for software delivery.
  • Optimize business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and digital service improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and general business operations within an ICT environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven track record in Business Process Management (BPM) development and optimization.
  • Professional experience working within public sector or government entities.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently within digital implementation teams.
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.

Nice to Haves

  • 5+ years experience as a Process Architect.
  • 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 and PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and project management facets.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPMN methodologies.
  • Previous experience with regional government digital programs.

  • Start date: 20/04/2026
  • Duration: 15 months (until 15/07/2027)

  • Working model: Hybrid (primarily Brussels with travel to Ghent)
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
