Our client, a leading organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a consultant to join their security expertise team. This role focuses on driving the integration of the Vulnerability Response module as a key part of a strategic security improvement program.
Responsibilities
- Create the application roadmap and oversee its execution following product evolutions.
- Organize workshops to capture business requirements and guide stakeholders on out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.
- Translate functional analysis into user stories and act as the primary contact during technical implementation.
- Configure the platform and develop integrations with external vulnerability scanning tools and data sources.
- Execute quality assurance through technical testing and support user acceptance testing processes.
- Prepare technical designs and documentation to facilitate a seamless hand-over to support teams.
- Manage application changes within the CMDB and coordinate releases in line with the established schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules.
- 3+ years of development and scripting experience using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Web Services.
- Proven track record with at least two successful implementations of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module.
- Experience implementing integrations between ServiceNow SecOps VR and external vulnerability scanning tools.
- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM within vulnerability management contexts.
- Ability to create technical designs, implementation roadmaps, and document requirements as user stories.
- You possess Certified ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response certifications.
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- You are based within the European Economic Area.
- You are fluent in English with level C proficiency.
