Functional Analyst – SAP S/4HANA O2C

Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking a Functional Analyst to support the rollout of a standardized digital template across their European operations. The project focuses on optimizing sales processes through a phased implementation journey that emphasizes knowledge continuity and business support.

• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for O2C processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for functional questions from the business.
• Analyze issues and clarify system behavior to provide clear guidance to users.
• Coordinate with senior functional analysts and IT teams to manage and resolve defects.
• Assist in functional documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in workshops and rollout sessions for various international deployments.

• You have 1+ years of experience in functional analysis or business process management.
• You bring initial exposure to SAP or similar ERP environments.
• You possess knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, including Order Management and Billing.
• You have experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or business testing activities.
• You're a proactive communicator with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders.
• You possess an analytical mindset and an eagerness to learn SAP S/4HANA configuration.

• Exposure to international or multi-country project rollouts.
• Understanding of Finance integration or P2P processes.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
