Project Engineer Utilities

Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer to lead capital investment projects. The role focuses on facilities and utilities infrastructure, such as HVAC and cleanroom systems, while supporting various internal departments with equipment-related projects.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
• Manage project documentation aligned with stage gates and reporting requirements.
• Lead steering committees with site management and stakeholders to report on status, budget, and cashflow.
• Define technical solutions, scope, and budget for utilities infrastructure and equipment needs.
• Oversee the detailed design, construction, installation, and startup of utilities systems.
• Manage commissioning and qualification activities including FAT, SAT, DQ, and IQ.
• Execute change management and validation support within a GMP environment to ensure smooth handover to users.

• You bring experience in utilities including HVAC, electrical systems, utility generation, and cleanrooms.
• You have a proven track record managing Capex projects from definition through to commissioning within an industrial or GMP environment.
• You possess experience with technical documentation and design reviews, including URS and DQ.
• You're proactive and able to lead steering committees with diverse stakeholders.
