Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Equipment Deployment Associate to oversee the implementation of analytical equipment projects. This role ensures that equipment is selected, deployed, and released in compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and internal priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific equipment deployment projects including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely implementation.
  • Collect user requirement specifications for new equipment to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation such as URS, DV, IMA, and equipment logbooks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage equipment orders and support the supplier qualification process.
  • Plan and coordinate IT and qualification activities based on the forecasted equipment usage.
  • Facilitate vendor IOQ processes and ensure all activities comply with GMP and GSP regulations.
  • Perform system administration tasks including the creation and maintenance of systems in ELN.

Requirements

  • You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
  • You bring experience in the deployment of analytical instruments within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
  • You possess a strong understanding of GMP, equipment qualification, software validation, 21CFR11, and GAMP.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve technical issues within a complex matrix environment.
  • You're an effective communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of Cyber Security regulations related to laboratory equipment.
  • Previous experience with ELN system administration.
