Field Enablement Consultant

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an experienced consultant to support high-priority digital enablement and transformation activities. The role focuses on the global rollout of digital content tools and CRM readiness to ensure market adoption through structured guidance and training. This hands-on delivery position requires the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple activities within a time-sensitive global environment.

• Support the preparation and global rollout of digital content-authoring tools across international markets.
• Develop comprehensive rollout communications, training materials, and onboarding content.
• Coordinate hypercare planning, issue tracking, and structured follow-up after rollout waves.
• Contribute to CRM readiness activities and the creation of market-support documentation.
• Identify and document recurring market needs, process gaps, and dependencies to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and process guidance to enhance scalability and market self-sufficiency.
• Translate operational findings into recommendations for improving the future field enablement operating model.

• You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in project management and digital delivery.
• You bring a sound technical understanding of digital content, CRM, or marketing technology environments.
• You possess the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You're structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with a collaborative way of working.
• You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
