Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a worldwide expert to lead their predictive maintenance strategy. The role defines global technical standards and governance to scale risk-based, data-driven maintenance across diverse international sites. This position bridges the gap between reliability, engineering, and digital technology teams to ensure sustainable and compliant asset health analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global predictive maintenance strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
- Develop a technical playbook including use-case selection, monitoring strategies, and alarm governance.
- Establish technical standards for condition monitoring technologies, data acquisition, and analytics integration.
- Lead technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and qualification of advanced maintenance technologies.
- Define functional and data requirements for new assets through reliability-by-design processes.
- Support the integration of predictive findings into workflows, maintenance plans, and continuous improvement processes.
- Develop business cases and value-tracking methods to monitor global performance indicators and asset health.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automation, or Reliability Engineering.
- You bring 7+ years of relevant experience in reliability or maintenance engineering, combined with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- You possess advanced knowledge of FMECA, RCM, RCA, and maintenance strategy optimization.
- You have expertise in condition-based maintenance, sensor technologies, and signal interpretation.
- You have a practical understanding of CMMS, EAM, and APM data integration.
- You bring knowledge of cGMP, Good Engineering Practices, and EHS risk-based approaches.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Certifications such as CMRP, CRL, ISO 18436, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in French.
