Modern Workplace System Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Intune

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities sector, is looking for a specialist to strengthen their digital workplace department. This role focuses on the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of collaboration technologies and workplace management solutions across the enterprise.

• Manage and support the Microsoft 365 modern workplace environment, focusing on endpoint management and identity services.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, including device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Administer identities, users, and access within Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Support endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management using Windows Autopilot and Windows 11.
• Automate administrative activities and operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for complex incidents related to workplace technologies.

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator in the setup and maintenance of enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments.
• You possess proven experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace and endpoint management for Windows devices.
• You bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• You have experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools for iOS devices.
• You're knowledgeable in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, covering user, group, and identity administration.
• You possess AZ-900, AZ-104, and MS-102 certifications.
• You are fluent in English with fluency in either French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing Exchange Online and hybrid cloud/on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and identity security controls.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically Change Management.
• Proficiency in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
