Senior Enterprise Architect – Digital Strategy & Governance

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a strategic professional to lead their digital transformation roadmap. The role focuses on harmonizing business processes, data flows, and applications to ensure a secure and future-proof IT landscape.

• Develop, validate, and monitor IT architecture in alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
• Ensure coherence and integration between core platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Planon, and the Power Platform.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete architecture frameworks and long-term digital roadmaps.
• Oversee quality criteria and security guidelines to ensure compliance with NIS2 regulations.
• Assess technical integrations for consistency, performance, security, and reusability across the ecosystem.
• Guide technical decision-making by providing insights into business value, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.

• You have 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect managing complex IT landscapes.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with modeling techniques including ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML, and Sparx EA.
• You're experienced with integration architectures, security governance, and SaaS environments.
• You bring technical proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Planon.
• You have experience with SharePoint and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• You possess knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• You bring a solid understanding of business processes and project management facets like cost estimation and planning.
• You're a strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are proactive and solution-oriented.
• You are native in Dutch.

• Experience within public sector or urban IT ecosystems.
• Knowledge of NIS2 requirements and security compliance standards.
• Experience with government procurement and public tenders.
• Specialized architecture experience in domains like data warehousing or infrastructure.

• Start date: 22 October 2026.
• Duration: project until 31 December 2027.
• Work regime: Full-time or 80%.
• Location: Antwerp.
