Senior Sales Support Officer

Our client is seeking a professional to join their sales support team in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This role involves combining administrative expertise with service excellence to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the project. The successful candidate will provide essential support to customers while collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Collaborate with account managers to effectively implement account plans and achieve desired customer results.
• Support the processing of new annual agreements and the proposal of products and promotions.
• Maintain direct contact with customers regarding operational matters and provide regular reports.
• Work closely with internal departments including marketing, customer supply chain, and finance.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide dedicated support to facilitate their growth.
• Manage the commercial and administrative support for a specific customer portfolio.

• You have a Bachelor's degree.
• You bring 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar sales support or commercial role.
• You have 6+ years of experience with SAP.
• You possess a strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• You're a proactive team player with an accurate, structured approach and the ability to handle pressure.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
