Technical Business Consultant – OSS & Network Provisioning

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Technical Business Consultant to strengthen their product journey teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into future-proof concepts and supporting the redesign of a technical provisioning and inventory landscape.

• Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for various delivery partners.
• Ensure technical alignment and manage initiatives end-to-end from kick-off to implementation.
• Perform detailed requirements and impact analysis on complex processes, systems, and tools.
• Develop conceptual solution designs and evaluate innovative technical approaches.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize business value through continuous monitoring.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Consultant or Functional Analyst with a strong affinity for IT and network domains.
• You possess strong expertise in process modelling, process management, and technical documentation.
• You bring knowledge of SOAP and REST integration, including API documentation using Swagger.
• You have experience working with both COTS and custom-built software applications.
• You're an analytical thinker with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Previous experience in telecommunications, specifically within OSS, BSS, or network provisioning.
• Experience working with Netcracker products and offshore delivery teams.
• Active knowledge of Dutch.
