As an E&I Engineer, you work on the design, installation, commissioning, and/or maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems in GMP-regulated environments. Depending on your profile and the project, you'll be deployed in a design office, on-site, or both.

Responsibilities
- Design, engineer and document E&I systems including wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, cable schedules, instrument data sheets, ...
- Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities for process installations in Life Sciences facilities
- Support installation and instrumentation, control panels and field devices
- Collaborate with Process Engineers, Automation specialists and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, safety regulations, and client-specific engineering requirements
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the project (as-built, ITP, punch lists, ...)
- Identify and escalate deviations or technical risks in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or equivalent through experience
- Hands-on knowledge of E&I systems: instrumentation, sensors, field devices, cable routing, control panels
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar
- Experience with or exposure to GMP environments is a strong asset - not a hard requirement
- Good understanding of PLC/DCS systems and how instrumentation integrates with process control
- Accurate, structured, and quality-conscious - you don't cut corners on documentation
- Comfortable working both independently in an engineering office and on-site with contractors and operators
- Fuency in French & English is required for technical documentation
