Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation and logistics sector, is seeking a specialist to lead an end-to-end HR data transformation. This role focuses on migrating complex legacy human capital management data to modern cloud-based and ERP platforms to ensure data integrity and operational continuity throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document the data migration strategy and mapping specifications aligned with the transformation roadmap.
  • Lead data discovery by inventorying source systems and defining transformation logic for target structures in the cloud.
  • Build and execute repeatable ETL pipelines for data extraction, cleansing, and loading from legacy modules.
  • Run multiple mock loads and performance simulations to track defects and drive data quality improvements.
  • Implement rigorous testing controls and reconciliation checks to validate accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Orchestrate cutover activities and provide hypercare support during the transition to the new environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise-scale data migration with at least 3+ years specifically focused on HR data.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SAP ECC HCM modules including PA, OM, Time, and Payroll.
  • You possess proven experience in migration projects involving SuccessFactors Employee Central and S/4HANA.
  • You have hands-on expertise with data conversion tools such as Infoporter, Spinifex, and DCM.
  • You bring technical proficiency with SAP BIB, CPI, IDoc, and OData services.
  • You're experienced in navigating hybrid SAP HCM landscapes and managing phased rollout scenarios.
  • You have a deep understanding of SuccessFactors EC data models, object types, and data structures.
  • You possess knowledge of GDPR requirements and information security standards for data protection.
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with a minimum level of B2 for all three languages.

Nice to Haves

  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Knowledge of custom Z-tables and ETL/ELT pipeline construction.
  • Experience with data archiving and defensible destruction approaches.
