Our client, a leading organization in the transportation sector, is looking for a dedicated professional to lead Agile delivery for their web development team. This role focuses on enabling teams to provide value efficiently through facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership to foster a high-performing environment for critical digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery and team alignment.
  • Identify and remove organizational and technical impediments to maintain team velocity and focus.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed development teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain transparency.
  • Implement structured reporting and follow-up practices within the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • You possess 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams following Agile principles.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • You have 2+ years of experience specifically within Sitecore CMS development environments.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working in the railway transport or logistics domain.
  • You've held a dedicated Scrum Master role without secondary responsibilities for at least the last 2 years.
  • You're experienced in mentoring and coaching team members within large organizations of over 200 people.
  • You have experience coordinating activities with geographically distributed or offshore development teams.
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French at a C1 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements through structured reporting.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
