Procurement Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a Procurement Business Analyst to support their Procurement Support team. This role focuses on optimizing Source-to-Procure (S2P) solutions and managing integrations between specialized procurement platforms and SAP environments.

In this role as a Procurement Business Analyst, you will be part of a small yet impactful team focused on enhancing our Source to Procure solution integrated with SAP. • You support users in the Coupa solution, collaborating closely with stakeholders from the Procurement department and internal clients.
• You communicate effectively with ICT colleagues regarding business requests related to SAP MM setups.
• You ensure the maintenance of data within Coupa, ensuring alignment with SAP.
• You create recurrent and ad hoc reporting for Procurement management and other stakeholders using Excel and PowerBI.
• You respond to questions from the SAP MM community and escalate issues to ICT teams as necessary.
• You implement and execute new Procurement controls in collaboration with internal audit.
• You support updates to Procurement digital manuals, procedures, and documentation.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally 5 years.
• You possess knowledge in SAP MM and related modules.
• You are knowledgeable in Coupa and eager to learn more about Coupa Spend Management solutions.
• You bring strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel and Coupa Analytics.
• You have critical thinking abilities and are proactive in problem-solving.
• You are a Dutch or French native speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).
