Business Analyst – Business Transformation & Process Optimization

Our client, a prominent organization in the automotive sector, is seeking a professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technology initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing business processes and ensuring that technology outcomes deliver strategic value through effective requirement management and change adoption.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify objectives, process inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit, validate, and document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design as-is and to-be business process models to identify areas for automation and improvement.
• Support procurement processes such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ by defining business needs and evaluating solutions.
• Partner with Functional Analysts and Architects to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical implementations.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining business scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements.
• Assess the business impact of changes and support the development of change management strategies and training materials.

• You have a strong understanding of business process modeling using BPMN.
• You're familiar with change management principles and methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter.
• You possess the ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements and documentation.
• You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to manage transformation contexts.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• You're capable of assessing and managing the business impact of change.
• You are fluent in English.
