Our client, a leading transmission system operator in the energy sector, is seeking a Tech Coordinator to ensure technical coherence and release orchestration across multiple product teams. This role acts as a critical bridge between technical leads and organizational IT governance to support the development of sustainable energy infrastructure. The position focuses on steering through influence and technical expertise rather than hierarchical authority.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate release cycles by aligning business delivery commitments with technical deployment readiness.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate bilateral resolutions between technical leads to ensure smooth integration.
  • Monitor technical quality and operational readiness through the enforcement of architecture, testing, and security quality gates.
  • Oversee release health, including the management of blockers, environment conflicts, and rollback procedures.
  • Coordinate incident response for issues spanning multiple product teams to maintain system stability.
  • Aggregate IT cost estimations and resource requirements to support long-term capacity planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience working within complex technical environments.
  • You possess 3+ years in a leadership role with specific experience steering technical leads.
  • You have a deep understanding of Release Management and Governance processes.
  • You're experienced in product-driven organizations and familiar with compliance frameworks.
  • You possess the ability to coordinate via influence and maintain a balance between business urgency and technical quality.
  • You are proactive, transparent, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • You are fluent in English with a professional command of French or Dutch.
