Product Quality Assurance Engineer

Our client, a specialist in the semiconductor and electronics industry, is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Engineer to support ASIC production projects. The role involves ensuring products meet defined quality standards while monitoring the maturity of project processes in collaboration with the project manager.

• Manage the formal closure of project gates to ensure all quality criteria are met.
• Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with established work procedures and standards.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct 8D root cause analysis.
• Perform failure analysis (F/A) and manage project change requests in coordination with management.
• Oversee the maturity of internal processes and work proactively to ensure project success.

• Master's degree in Electronics.
• You have relevant experience in quality engineering within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• You bring knowledge of MIL STD, automotive, or space ASIC qualification flows.
• You possess experience with 8D root cause analysis and failure analysis.
• You're proactive, customer-focused, and motivated to work within an engineering team.
• You are willing to travel regularly within Europe for sub-contractor site visits.
• You are fluent in English.
