Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking two Development Analysts to strengthen their analytical development sciences department. The role involves supporting method development, validation, and transfers for clinical and commercial phases within a regulated laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physico-chemical method development, validation, and transfers in a laboratory setting.
  • Execute analytical activities using chromatography techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, SEC, RP, and IEX.
  • Analyze, verify, and interpret data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.
  • Prepare, review, and update technical documentation including protocols, reports, and procedures.
  • Present and discuss analytical results during project team meetings.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, HSE, and regulatory requirements in all activities.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar analytical role within the life sciences sector.
  • You bring hands-on expertise in chromatography techniques including HPLC, UPLC, SEC, RP, and IEX.
  • You possess experience in analytical method development and validation within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • You have a strong knowledge of protein chemistry and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You're proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • You are fluent in French.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with capillary electrophoresis (CzE) and GLP requirements.
  • Ability to work across different analytical technique poles.
  • Basic knowledge of English for reading technical documentation and occasional writing.
